The event will consist of a roundtable titled "Hispanism Today: Present and Future of Hispanidad," with participation from our honoree (via video from the US) together with Dr Marcelo Gullo, writer and historian Francisco Núñez del Arco, writer and historian (via video) Ramón Peralta, historian and Professor of Constitutional Law and Pablo Victoria, historian and former senator from Colombia. The event will recognize his 60+ years dedicated to the study and defense of the history of Spain, together with his legacy in Spanish America and his contributions to world history. On Monday, June 5th, at 8 PM in the Salón del Almirante, in Seville's Real Alcázar (entrance of the Puerta Apeadero, Patio de Banderas), the Plataforma en Defensa del Mundo Hispánico, together with the Fundación Lecumberri Benítez Benavides and the Kosmos Polis Society of Contemporary Studies, will honor the greatest living Hispanist, the historian Stanley G.
